Removing invasive plants from Brandymore Castle has unearthed several artifacts, including this hoe head and part of a bed spring. Several cot-sized metal bed frames and dozens of coiled metal springs that may have supported mattresses or bedding material were hauled out and may have dated from when the Gott family had a hunting lodge on the site.
